Haybajee Terms & Conditions

Haybajee (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "Haybajee") operates an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh and around the world. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Haybajee and its users.

Definitions of key terms used in this document are provided below:

• "User" or "Member" — Any individual who has registered with or is using the Haybajee platform.
• "Account" — A personal gaming account registered to each individual member.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — The act of placing money on a game or event.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional benefit or bonus funds granted by Haybajee.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The requirement to wager a specified amount before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

To open an account on Haybajee, each member must meet the following requirements:

• Each individual may only One Account can be opened. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All details provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and address — Fully accurate and genuine must be.
• If an account is created using false information, Haybajee reserves the right to close that account and forfeit the balance at any time.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their password confidential. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
• By creating an account, you confirm that you are the sole user of that account.

Haybajee strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform. Age is confirmed at registration via date of birth.

KYC verification is mandatory in the following situations:

• Before your first withdrawal
• When the monthly withdrawal limit of ৳50,000 is exceeded
• If any suspicious activity is detected on the account
• Haybajee reserves the right at any time, at its discretion,

KYC typically requires a scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport, along with a recent utility bill or bank statement. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the KYC process is completed.

Haybajee currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and standard bank transfer. The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (three hundred taka)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred taka)
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically within 24 hours; within 6 hours for VIP members
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The name on your payment account must match the name on your haybajee account.
• Haybajee does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Haybajee reserves the right to hold payments and conduct an investigation in the event of any suspicious transaction. The relevant account's privileges may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.

Haybajee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with specific terms that must be read before claiming any bonus. The following conditions apply to all bonuses in general:

• For most bonuses, 5x to 30x wagering requirement applies. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering amount has been met.
• Bonuses are generally Within 7 to 30 days must be used within the validity period. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household is not permitted.
• Using a VPN to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be reviewed.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on haybajee:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Haybajee reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Bets placed after a market has closed in live betting will not be accepted.
• Haybajee's betting limits vary by game and event and are subject to change.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG and are final.

Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be reported to the support team within 48 hours of the bet settling. Disputes raised after this window may not be accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Haybajee and will result in permanent account closure:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Attempting to hack or interfere with the platform's software
• Managing multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account
• Registering an account with false or fabricated information
• Using bots or automated software to play games
• Placing bets on behalf of other members or allowing third parties to use your account
• Deliberately exploiting system errors for personal gain

Under the following circumstances, Haybajee may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Any breach of these terms and conditions will result in
• If suspicious transactions or activity are detected
• If KYC verification is not completed within the specified timeframe
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (24 months or more),

Members may request account closure at any time through the support team. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded through the standard process — however, balances derived from bonuses are non-refundable.

Haybajee places responsible gaming at the very top of its priorities. We believe sports betting is a form of entertainment, not a guaranteed source of income. That's why we encourage every member to play mindfully and within their means.

Haybajee provides the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic session status reminders.

Haybajee takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. Any data we collect is used solely for the purposes of delivering our services, verifying identity, and meeting legal obligations.

• A notice will be sent to your registered email or via SMS before any significant changes take effect.
• Updated terms take effect 7 days after they are published.
• Upon your first login after any changes, you will be required to accept the updated terms.
• Failure to accept the updated terms may result in restricted account access.
